"Memento Mori" Coffin Trinket Box

This coffin shaped box was handcrafted from weathered pine and features some beautiful gray streaks. It was made by a woodworker who specializes in creating humidors. The top has ornate filigree with the words "Memento Mori" burned on, which is Latin for "Remember We Die." It serves as a reminder to live our lives and celebrate the time we have. The four sides also have some ornate filigree burned on. The right side is hinged and the lid stays closed with a strong magnet so it can be displayed laying down or standing upright. The bottom of the box as well as the floor of the inside is lined with black felt.
